I am experiencing slight breast pain in my upper left breast only when I bend or when I turn to right completly with my arm held close to body .. its there from 4-5 days it feels like it's getting better .. what should i do? I have seen no change in shape or breast or incould feel no lump I usually get breast pain during periods and it goes away on its own but this time it not related to periods But when i hold or touch my breast i feel no pain
