Slight bleeding in early pregnancy

Hi, I took my pregnancy test after 19 days of iui and got positive and beta HCG result is 411. And today that is 21st day I had Lower back pain and cramps in the uterus in the afternoon and it was coming and going. Now in the night I had slight bleeding. So can you say what is happening. Attached image of dark bleeding. And also I was progesterone tablet from yesterday night three times a day.

Good evening. As Beta HCG is 411 that means ur pregnant but with very low level of hormone to maintain the pregnancy.. And also mild spotting or bleeding started so there are chances that you might have miscarriage. Continue progesterone hormonal tablet as advised by ur doctor, as it might help to maintain pregnancy. Take bed rest , don’t lift heavy weights.
Next Steps
-Get a scan and see a nearby gynaecology as soon as possible if bleeding becomes heavy or continues . -if bleeding stopped then wait for one week and get a Viability scan .
