Doctor, this is arun kumar, doing a part time job, and preparing for UPSC ESE 2022, but unfortunately I am having sleeping problem from quiet a few days, I am unable to sleep till the morning then I fall into sleep roughly at 6 and wake up in the afternoons, because of which m unable to manage my work and preparation, just losing concentration, feeling demotivational and sick please help me out with this sir
1) it’s look like stress induce problem.
2) do regular meditation and aerobics exercises for 20 min, deep breathing exercises for 10 min.
3) follow a regular life style.
4) avoid alcohol ,tobacco , smoking, tea coffee
Sleeping problem from last two years tried ayurveda but it effect does not remain longer
