There can be multiple reasons for the sleep disturbance you are having.
Sleep disturbance can occur during different phases of sleep. It can occur at 1. onset of sleep, 2. middle of sleep 3. early morning awakening.
Sleep problems can be managed by certain measures known as sleep hygiene. Some measures are limiting tea and coffee intake, avoiding heavy food at night, using the bed only for sleeping and not other activities like TV, reading etc.
In a few cases, medicines may be required.
