I am experiencing sleeplessness or very low sleep (2-3 hours) a day for past 1 week . The main reason is due to some tension. Initial 2-3 days I was ok and was working on my office job. Now I can't even concentrate for 5 minutes. Small hallucinations and very bad dreams are causing more sleeplessness.
It appears the cause for your sleeplessness is tension as you mentioned.
