You have not mentioned the details of your medication and if there has been a recent change in them(as it might be a cause of sleep troubles). Even though it is best that you discuss this with your doctor about the same, what you can do meanwhile is practice sleep hygiene. Use your bed only to sleep, not to eat, work, read, watch TV. Have a light dinner and avoid tea, coffee, alcohol after 6pm. Ensure that your sleeping place is free of any ambient noise or light, despite sleeping late, get up at the same time everyday, go for a walk in morning and meditate for a while. Hope this helps, but do remember to discuss with your doctors as sleep disturbance may be a sign of worsening depression or anxiety.
