I am 27 years old i am daily sleeping at 10.30 to 11.00 hrs at night and wake up 6.30 to 7 hrs. I have taking 8 hrs sleeping daily. But at morning I am not feeling fresh. Also I am facing acidity problems up to 9 to 9.30 am. Also at night I am feeling that I have dream but at morning I could not remember it
