Sleeping problem

I dont feel well if I dont sleep for 9 hours at least per day. However I have got a busy schedule and want to reduce my sleeping time to 7 hours. Please suggest me some side effect free pills or some methods to cope up with this.

If sleeping schedule is the only challenge,  you can work on it by means of modifying your lifestyle. Give an hour or half for physical exercise (maybe hitting a gym) that will give your body amazing energy throughout the day.  Change your diet plan with nutritious meal. 10 to 15 mts of meditation before going to bed. Alter your body clock by waking up after 7 hours of sleep. Get up with determination than lethargy.
