Dear sir Try these following tips Do regular physical exercise for at least one hour every day. Don't sleep in the day time. Practice sleep hygiene (google and you will find) No screen time ( mobile or laptop) after afternoon. Use stress buster ( relaxation, yoga, meditation) Make daily routine and follow it. If anything does not work try tab zolpidem 10 mg at night. Be safe, have a refreshing sleep.
