Sleeping problem

I am not able to sleep before 1-2pm .if I go to sleep after that my mind is not sleep it's keep running something . my eyes are closed and I sleep but i feel my mind is keep running . when I get in the morning 8 am I feel tired and my eyes are hot. ... And I have head ache in the morning ...

Hello..,,you have altered sleep cycle ,go to bed and get at right time ,don't sleep in day time ,avoid coffee ,tea in night ,don't watch TV ,computer while sleeping , do exercise daily in morning , don't worry too much ,don't strain yourself much.. Listen to music or meditate before sleeping ..
