Hello,this is quite common problem seen in most of people. One must go into deep sleep.
avoid naps, especially in the afternoon. Exercise daily. Vigorous exercise is best, but even light exercise is better than no activity. Make sure your mattress is comfortable and supportive. Your room should not have bed bugs ,musquito etc...Do breathing exercise while going to bed. You must sleep atleast for 7hours.
