Sleeping problem

Hello, my daughter is 3.5yrs old. She has a sleeping problem from her birth. Now it has started to affect our lifestyle. She isn't able to sleep at a stretch. She wakes up after 2-3hrs of sleep post that she wakes up every hour and she says not able to sleep. We have tried all home remedy and permutation and combination. But found no difference in her sleep. She is active and does all the activity corresponding to her age. Worried as she is getting old and yet she is unable to sleep a full night. Wanted advice and remedy on how to make her sleep worth any break. Thanks

Put her to sleep exactly same timings..no screen time(tv,phones,laptops),at least 2hrs before sleep.use dim light in bedroom.no toys or don use bed for playing.evening outdoor playtime for at least an hour..no compensatory sleep at daytime..no coffee/sodas and all at night.

Dear parents,            According to me follow this diet schedule, milk only morning and evening two times 200 ML each. Food from 8am to 8pm. Give Calcirol sachet one sachet every 15days, total 8 sachet. Tonoferon Syp one teaspoon daily after meal for 3month. Give banana in fruit daily.
