Taking sleeping pills just to'relax' your mind is not at all recommended. Natural Sleep is a very fundamental requirement for maintaining a healthy mind and body. Sleeping pills are habit forming and you may reach a stage where you cannot sleep without them. Don't resort to such unwarranted measures. Get a good neurological consultation and if necessary get a prescription for the sleeping pills with the least potency and use them for the shortest possible time. Best regards.
