Wife has gone through Vitrectomy surgery of right eye. Doctor has advised for sleeping on right lateral side and some time on tummy. One of our relatives after such surgery was advised to sleep and maintain face down position. We are confused. Please advise
Sleeping possible both on tummy and face down position are same, we call it as prone position .
Still if you have doubts, get teleconsultation with your treating surgeon for the same
