Sleeping pills are categorised as those with addiction potential. They can be taken under prescription for a very short period, max 2 weeks. Others which promote sleep via acting on neurotransmitters can be taken after consultation with a psychiatrist for longer duration depending on the condition. Consult an astute psychiatrist for remedy either in person or online. Good luck
Next Steps
consult any astute psychiatrist online or in person
