My 18mo daughter is not able to sleep properly from past 1 week . She is having a new sleeping pattern daily. At night time she slept in a go just once rest of the time it was 3-4 hours sleep then 2 hour awake then sleeping again for 3-4 hours. She sleeps 1-2 hours at daytime as wel. Pls suggest some helpful routines or food habits which should be followed to make her sleep better.
Give her good activity during daytime feed her stomach ful
See that she does not have stomach upset or gas.
Keep the bed comfortable
