Sleeping disorder

I sleep 12 or more hours per day . If I not do then I don't wake up naturally I am a student(hostler) so because of that I miss my classes which effect my performance and attendance . I am taking proper diet or exercise Please help

Sleep problems often indicate other problems like stress , depression , anxiety , irritability , relationship problems , etc. You have to find the proper causes behind it and solve it. If u can't do it alone then u can take external help and Consult psychologist or me online or offline. Best of luck.
