I get very less sleep. If i sleep for a while in day time then will not be able to sleep whole night and will be sleeping in morning 6 o clock or so and wake up somewhere around 11 or 12 o clock in the afternoon.
And i have pcos also. And when i try to sleep early i wake up in midnight. Plz help me this.
U have changed ur biological clock …… so needs urgent lifestyle modification ….and engage in some activity ….. and if possible play for half hr or do jogging if possible….
