Hi sir, I am working in cognizant technology solutions. From the past 6 months i am having trouble in getting  sleep.i consulted many doctors but no use.i don't have any stress or personal problems but i don't know why i am facing this problem. Pls help me

Try to have a sleeping music on while u get on bed for sleeping. Secondly, try to analyse if there is anything means thoughts disturbing you at night especially. Have a warm glass of milk before goin to bed
