Sleeping alot

Hey !! I am sleeping alot from last 1 month and if not disturbed i can sleep more (11-12 hrs or plus) . I am trying very hard to get up early but its a mammoth task for me now. I have pcod ,am overweight and free these days. Kindly help

Dear mam Thanks for your query. Please see a doctor as your fatigue and sleepiness could be due to physical health problems like thyroid problems. You may need a blood test. Once the physical issues are taken care of see a psychiatrist for a detailed psychological evaluation and Treatment.
