I had sleep problem So I met psychiatrist. Psychiatrist doctor prescribed medication. Ans i was taking sleep medicine And i had good sleep But I felt because of sleep medicine I gained so much weight So I stopped I want to know 1-Was it because of medicine I gained weight? If yes 2-is it possible consuming sleep medicine and without  gain weight
