I am having petril MD 0.75 mg, Buspin 10 mg twice daily and sulpitac 25 mg. Still unable to sleep properly..also can petril 0.75 mg cause dependence.

Treating just insomnia will not help rather root cause causing insomnia needs to be dealt with.
Yes petril if taken for long time can cause dependence. If the problem is related to anxiety buspin dose need to be increased to therapeutic levels.
