Hello, I have sleep issues from past 12 days ,wake up at urly 5am ,and will wake mid night 2am ,because of dis I'm not able to perform well at work..and also dark circles...I'm suffering anxity from past 7 years ...recently started petril beta 20 from 1 year ...I can't consult doc during this lock down period pls resolve my problem

As you said you are suffering from anxiety and sleep problem, Petril beta alone is not sufficient as it is just a symptomatic treatment . You might need medicines that will control your anxiety in a longer run.
