I can not sleep properly .Every night I feel like my eyes are closed but their are thoughts going in my mind.hardly I could sleep 2-3 hrs thought less

Insomnia is of 3 types a. Difficult to initiate sleep b. Difficult to maintain sleep c. Early awakening before usual time
