I have dreams when I sleep for past 2 years but for past few days as soon as I sleep I start dreaming and it is really disturbing. I would like to know whom should I contact regarding the same and how to over come it

Brisk walking
Dietary modification
Plenty of water
A sleep of 8 hours

I feel drowsy and sleep in the office hours. 2-3 times this happens to me during 8 hours of working.
