Iam not able to sleep enough , only 4-5 hrs a day . I sleep at 10 and get up at 4 am , always feel that i have not slept enough

Good for you if the sleep is relaxing. If it then start doing regular relaxation therapy and meditation to improve. Make a routine for each day and follow it. Avoid electronic devices and mobile especially at night. Thanks
