I have severe anxiety and sleep disorder that leads to constant shivering etc. I had medicine for this 3 years ago and gt better but now it is back and would like to have the same medicine again. kindly help.

Hi if u got well on the meds its better to restart again but don't do dat on ur own consult a psychatrist and psychiatrist will do the rest but while visiting give them detailed history  or best is go back to the doctor whom u have shown in past.
