I cannot sleep at night. I go to sleep at around 1 pm and wake up around 8 pm. This routine has been there for the past six months. I go to gym at 6.30 am and come back by 8.30 am. I try my best to fall asleep at around 11.30 pm but in vain. My health is fine. I follow a balanced and healthy diet. Otherwise, I have no health issues. I spend most of my time in the bedroom. Please advise. Thanks.
