Current rountine is Sleeping At 4-5am and waking up Late at 1-2pm
How to break that cycle?
& How to sustain afterwards?
Please help, It's affecting my lifestyle.
Start fixing a time and do exercises to tire u up especially in morning. Detoxify by avoiding alll electronic devices especially phone. After 9 pm.
