Sleep apnea

I have been described as 'choking' and snoring a lot while I am asleep. What can I do about it? I never feel a thing while sleeping myself but my roomate has described me as being choked and snoring.

Sleep apnea is not just snoring in night . Do you have any other symptoms? 1. Excessive sleepiness in morning? 2. High blood pressure? 3. Do you feel tired all the day ? 4. Does your friend ever witnessed the episode of apnea , means has he ever seen you stopped breathing during sleep? 5. What is your weight ? If answer of these are yes then it could be sleep apnea
Next Steps
I would be able to recommend you sleep study judiciously if you consult online
