Sleep, anxiety, depressive symptoms, stress are all different facets of the same problem sometimes. Some people are little more vulnerable and any trigger can push them into feeling anxious, worried, negative thoughts automatically, resulting in lack of motivation, energy, impaired sleep / appetite including lots of pains and aches etc. Every task seems like an uphill and overwhelming including looking after children. Environmental issues like this can actually worsen symptoms and symptoms can worsen environmental issues.
Next Steps
I suggest you to take a step back and first, accept that you cannot go on like this. You need practical help to deal with daily chores and babysitting. Stay calm and keep noticing your emotions and thoughts, irrespective of their nature. Start to appreciate them in the context of your stresses and anxiety. Focus on enjoying one thing at a time. Practice yoga, walking, meditation, breathing exercise. Practice good sleep hygiene and take healthy diet. Notice any triggers and avoid them as it is not worth it
Health Tips
I also suggest you consult a Psychiatrist in person for a detailed assessment and more personalised advice. Not everyone will need a long term therapy. sometimes learning some useful techniques and consistently practicing is good enough. Best wishes
