I can't sleep at night after a long time maybe 2 or 3 years please tell me some sleeping pill and I'm so thick tell me something to gain my muscles

Dear ,don't worry ,sorry to say Whichever  u are thinking is not right way , thing , how many days u wl do like this...for everything u wl take medicine then one day wl come without that u can't live like drug addiction..., So whichever problem ,u should consult doctor and find out  solution

Your sleeplessness  may be due to over thinking, come out from your comfort zone, get up early morning do some exercise and walk for 45min brisk walk. Meditate for 15min. Don't think more about your weight be active.
