Sleep and relaxation query

I am single working professional, my job is not that much stressful, but I am workoholic and I stay alone peacefully away from all bad people including my parents family friends. I am very friendly and joyful at work place. All seems to be normal. Only thing is no matter I do I don't get good sleep like for 6-8 hours. I get deep sleep and wake up within 1-2 hours. I think I have everythig I need in my life except good sleep. Please suggest. I will have to be on bed for 12-15 hours to fulfill my body rest. Please guide with whom I need to check with to learn proper.sleep technique and relaxation. I tried many things like not using gadgets 2 hours before sleep. Chamomile tea, milk, walk, workouts nothing helped.
