Skins problem : dark spot

Sir i found there are 3-4 dark/brown dark spots in my face. the positions are around side of nose and downside of lips. I notice it this week. Another thing i notice while cleaning some catkin or small pieces of twist like thing there. Can u please suggest me some cream or medicine. Thanks in advance.
