I have in my face black sports i wants removed. Ita happened in one year ago and I will be a good time i am doing face wash using different different face wash still it's no remove its very deep i wants to to put laser

There are many reasons why your skin would turn dark. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat.
