She has a small skin tag near anus since few years back. Seems to be increasing with size with age. It is almost  3-5mm. She feels uneasy due it. Has frequent constipation problem. Had shown to Padeatric one year back. But he had told to leave it as such. Since if it was removed, as the location is near anus it would be very painful till it heals. Kindly suggest. Is there any less painful process to remove it.
