Which medicine will be suitable to have clear skin, suffering from pimples and other skin related tans and spots. Can I use safi? Please suggest. I have PCOD

No.. treatment depends upon the grade..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
