My son has redness in face hand & leg. It secretes watery liquid. Using a derma cream Clocip-B and a syrup Flumont-LC from 2 days. But only 20-25% relax. What should I do.

That looks like skin infection knows as impetigo. Stop using these creams and consider consulting a dermatologist for proper treatment
