My 1.5years old son has skin rashes in his thighs and buttocks. What is the reason for it? Prescribe medicine for it please doctor. Here i attached image for your reference.

It seems like hand foot mouth disease Don’t wear napkins Apply calamine lotion thrice a day for 5 days Give plenty of fluids like water, coconut water, buttermilk etc

Are u using diaper? Child scratches on it? Child will require proper treatment. Don't apply any xyz cream.
