Skin Rashes

Hi My husband has suddenly developed rashes all over his body mostly elbows,bum and thigh areas ; other than this few are there on stomach ,leg and back as well . May I know what is this thing ? he didn't consume anything different recently except some soft drink ; along with this he has cough as well but no fever or bodypain etc . Kindly suggest

Allergic reaction (Urticaria or Drug Rash) • Could be triggered by food additives, soft drinks, or even respiratory infections. • Often presents as sudden, itchy red bumps or plaques. Advice: If mild and no worsening: • Tab. Levocetirizine 5 mg at night for 3–5 days (anti-allergic) • Calamine lotion or Aloe vera gel topically • Avoid further soft drinks or unknown allergens • Keep skin moisturised
