dear practo user most of the skin problems can be diagnosed well only after proper clinical inperson examination......but as per your details rashes, red, marks ----etc......so try to consult nearest Homoeopathic skilled and senior physiciian near you  who can treat you permenantly in chronic (long time)  skin disease that too without any side effect
