I have developed skin rash after i moved to banagalore a year back. Specifically during evening hour i feel itching at at back, hands, legs & chest. Suddenly red colour lines will appear. This is so frequent happening almost everyday at evening or at night. Please advice

From your description of problem, it seems a case of Urticaria. You need a long course of antihistamines under supervision of a qualified dermatologist. Detailed history and proper examination of skin is needed for final diagnosis.
