I am having a skin rash on my left arm and it is not going away for over a month now. I am using moisturizer and coconut oil frequently but no use. Now I am seeing a similar tiny rash on my chest, but not 100% sure if it is the same. Can share pictures if required. Pls let me know if this is serious.
