I live in a sunny region. Have a skin rash on both my elbows- left side in inner elbow & right hand outer elbow. Itchy turning whitish and when scratched light oozing of clear liquid. Lightly raised bumps and bubble like rashes. I sweat a lot. It's a hot and humid region where I live. Your suggestions please. Thank you in advance.
