Skin Rash after taking paracetamol

Hi I just take Paracip 500 for low grade fever and after taking it my body is itching with small red rashes. I used to get these types of itching rash whenever I take fever tablet 9-10 years ago but now it start again. Should I take Cetirizine ?

Stop taking paracetamol and u can take cetrizine and instead of paracetamol u can take ibuprofen 400 mg bid but watch for hypersensitivity too for ibuprofen too
