I have mild keratosis pilaris on my both arms and am using beprosalic ointment for it. My calves are also affected by dry skin and am also using beprosalic acid to treat it but to no effect. started using it yesterday. Is it a good choice? any recomendations for products. And also, I am using sebamed soap . Please give me some reccomendations for ointment/lotion/cream/soap for my problem.

Why applying steroid. Use plain salycylic acid cream. Try to use moisturisers. Do not use soap every day.  Do u get dry cough in winter season. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Brand names can't be written in open forum.
