There is this problem where my leg has black spots and patches and it has travelled to my stomach skin skipping my thighs. I used all creams but it didn’t fade away. It feels so itchy and is very dry. Does it have a specific name? I asked and many said it is a genetic skin problem. Are there any good remedies
