In my feet I have some red and black spots what should I do to clear it...any soap or cream to be used..any advice pls..

Hi.. Question should be more detailed - where? Red n black spots - since when ? ( how many days ) - size of the lesions ( spots ) - how did it start ( gradually / sudden ) - associated symptoms ( itching / pain / burning ) Etc..... Nobody cab answer such questions. Or at least attach a pic Dr Shivashankar Dermatologist & Hair transplant surgeon
