Hi, I have some small small spots on my upper back, shoulder and upper chest in light white colour. I am not feeling any iching or irritation on that. These spots were started showing me since July. I am applying anti fungal cream on that but it has not got disappeared yet. I have checked online and got to know it looks like tinea versicolor and it will get reduce and disappear in winters. Please help me to understand what should I do? Or what is the effective treatment for these spots. Thanks
