Actually am using salicylic Acid and Lactic acid Gel face wash from last 3/4 days ,bt I found my skin so much dry and irritation..so can u tell me..Is ths face good for me ?n I used it my doc prescribed..

Stop it..You are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis.. Medicine available for good improvement......As the treatment varies depending on the severity... Send photos of the affected area, for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
